Translation of Document PALS for Health implements a three-tier process for each document undergoing translation. A primary translator translates the document from English into the target language, while a secondary translator (also known as the reviewer) reviews the completed translation. If the translation requires corrections or edits, the initial translator will do so in coordination with the reviewer. The final product must be approved by all parties. If an additional language expert is required for complete consensus one will be provided at no extra charge.
This process underscores the essence of written translation, which is to produce an accurate, culturally appropriate and complete delivery of the message through the collaboration of a minimum of two language experts (the initial translator and the reviewer). Finally, at the request of our clients, the translated document can also be typeset into an appropriate format.

Other Translation Services Available Document Review This service is available where you have a document that has already been translated into a language other than English and you would like to assess/verify the accuracy, cultural competence or readability of the translated document.
Back Translation A back-translation is when a document which has already been translated is then translated back into the language of its original text. This process is typically done “blind” without referencing the original text. For example, a document is translated from English to Korean. A second translator with no contact with the first and without access to the original English document would then translate the translated Korean document back into English. This process is done with the intent of validating the accuracy of the original translation.
