WRITTEN TRANSLATIONS
PALS for Health strives to provide you with the most competitive rate possible. Costs of translation can vary depending on the length of the document to be translated, complexity of the language, design, lay-out, typesetting needs, or quick turn-around.
Service fee includes analysis of base (English) document, translation, review and basic formatting.
‘Back Translation’ services are available. Please call for more information or note this request on the on-line request form.
All original or 'source' (i.e. English) documents should be MS Word compatible electronic files. If document requires re-input due to graphics or other non-conversion factors additional fees may be required.
The submitted original or 'source' document will be considered firm. Language translators are not allowed to modify the source document for any reason. It is the client's responsibility to submit source documents at the desired literacy level.
Minimum order per document is 125 words regardless of the number of actual words.
Once a translation estimate (order form) is signed off (or verbally agreed to) by the client, the translation process will begin.
Any edits, additions or subtractions to the source (English) documentonce the translation is in process will require a separate estimate/order with additional costs as this is considered a new project.
Completed product will be provided via email (PDF copy). Hard copies available (copy costs of $.10/pg plus postage).
Price quotes are valid for 30 days from top date.
Final payment due 15 business days after completion. Late charges will apply.
PALS FOR HEALTH GUARANTEE: PALS for Health strives and takes pride in all our translations. PALS for Health will work with clients to ensure complete satisfaction. A project's 'completion date' is based on a variety of factors - complexity, format and language.
