Translation Request
Request for translation services can be made either by phone or via e-mail. To make a translation request by phone, please contact Qiong (Amy) Qi at 213.553.1818. To make a translation request by email, please contact Camila Crespo. Either by phone or email, please be prepared to provide the following information:
- Contact information (name, agency, phone number and email address)
- Entire document to be translated (Microsoft Word file)
- Language(s) and timeline for the completion of translation project
- Any special requests (typeset, format, etc.)
Once we receive the document, we will contact you with:
- Any questions we may have about your document (clarification of terms, words, etc.)
- Confirmation of proposed timeline for the completion of the translation project
- The final price quote for the translation project
- Request for approval to begin the translation project
