Rates
For rates of service, please call Tina Vasinamakin at 213.553.1818. Please bear in mind that the interpretation assignment begins the moment the interpreter checks in with the reception desk. A minimum of one (1) hour is charged for all consecutive appointments and last minute cancellations. A minimum of 50% is charged for all simultaneous / conference interpretation and last minute cancellations within one (1) week's notice. PALS for Health must be contacted 24-hours in advance during our business hours with any consecutive cancellations (please see Contact Us for hours of operation). We bill on a monthly basis and provide all required supporting documentation such as provider signature acknowledging each interpretation session. We will be glad to work with you on a convenient billing schedule.
